Menlo Park, CA - March 03, 2003 - OpenSource, Inc., a provider of contract analysis and management software to law firms and legal departments, today announced the appointment of Eva Mineva as Vice President of the company. Ms. Mineva assumes responsibility for all market-related operations, including product marketing, marketing communications, pre-sales, sales and support. She will report to Dr. Uri Zernik, the company's CEO and co-founder.
In 1998, Ms. Mineva co-founded Webango (now Diligent Software Systems) and drove its market-related efforts during the first four years of operations. She defined the Strategic Sourcing space and Contract Management as part of it, positioned the company, created the framework for its tight relationship with the market and attracted its first Fortune 500 clients. Previously, Ms. Mineva was involved in technology mergers and acquisitions and investment banking.
