ETS Legal Selects OpenSource for Contract Management

Educational Testing Service attracted by robust technology and partnership approach

Menlo Park, CA - October 25, 2004 - OpenSource, Inc., a provider of web-based applications for legal document analysis and management, today announced that the ETS (Educational Testing Service) legal department has selected OpenSourceCM^TM to manage its contracts.  ETS will use OpenSourceCM to gain visibility and immediate access to thousands of contracts. In addition, the application will serve as a control platform for the management of contract terms and obligations.
