Contract Analysis

Implemented as an analysis layer in conjunction with a document management system, OpenSource Contract Manager gives attorneys:

• Enhanced search capabilities

• Analysis-ready presentation with links to related agreements

• Reports, such as "Missing Contracts" and "Contract Changes by Section"
